Terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases made on garmianicoffee.se. The seller is Garmiani Coffee AB, company registration number 559583-7732. Contact: contact@garmianicoffee.se.

This is a translation of the Swedish original. If the two versions differ, the Swedish text applies.

About the products

Information about each coffee is found on its product page: origin, roast level, processing, variety and weight. Coffee is a natural product and the taste varies between harvests and lots.

Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Shipping is added and shown at checkout before you pay. We accept card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, and payment is taken when you place your order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an incorrect price, goods being out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have already paid, you get the full amount back.

Right of withdrawal

Coffee is a perishable product and is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Your purchase is binding as soon as we have started preparing your order, for example by roasting or packing the coffee. See Right of withdrawal and returns for the full terms.

If the parcel is not received

If the parcel cannot be left with you, or is not collected from the pickup point, it is returned to us. Because coffee is not covered by the right of withdrawal, the order is not refunded. If you want us to send it again, a new shipping cost applies.

Booking the coffee cart

An enquiry made through the site is not binding. The booking applies only once we have confirmed the date and the price in writing.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as industrial action, fire, extreme weather, decisions by public authorities or disruptions at the carrier.
